Shipping Informations

Current delivery times:

After receiving your payment it takes about four days to order, receive, do custom clearance and send your order. DHL normally needs about 1-2 weeks for handing over to you at your address. You can easily track the location of your order using the tracking number we provide in https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Shipping costs:

Your order will be sent by Dhl Paket. You can check the shipping costs on https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/pakete-versenden/weltweit-versenden/preise-international.html#standard-shipping. We apply the same price you can find on Dhl depending onyour country zone and the weight of your order. Please note that we only send as Dhl Paket and not as Dhl Päckchen.

What happens in case of damage or loss?

DHL offers an insurance of up to  500 Euro free of charge for DHL Paket International. In this case please inform us immediately and we will follow up with DHL in germany. Also please keep the packaging as evidence in case of damage.

Can the Merchant describe the goods as a gift to avoid Duties and Taxes?

It is illegal to describe goods as "a gift" to avoid duties and taxes.and would create legal problems for you as importer and our company.
