What do you charge for your service?

We collect exactly the price of the product plus the Dhl fee. No commission is charged.

When exporting goods from Germany and presenting the relevant costum documents the VAT which is between 7-19% gets refunded. So we create a win-win-win Situation. Our Costumers get goods from Germany at the best price. We help to increase exports from Germany. Our company gets reasonable percentage to continue its service.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After receiving your payment it takes about four days to order, receive, do custom clearance and send your order. DHL normally needs about 1-2 weeks for handing over to you at your address. What happens in case of damage or loss?

DHL offers an insurance of up to  500 Euro free of charge for DHL Paket International. In this case please inform us immediately and we will follow up with DHL in germany.
